1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and 788go ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 788go.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the 788go platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 788go platform.

788go operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is required to enforce these terms in compliance with Philippine law. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to 788go is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. 788go takes age verification seriously and will request valid government-issued identification during the account verification process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing 788go is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent are not permitted to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from 788go or any other gambling platform operating under PAGCOR jurisdiction at the time of registration or gameplay.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 788go account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

788go reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on 788go, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. 788go uses the information you provide for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 788go username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
• Immediately notifying 788go customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring your login credentials are not shared with any third party, including family members or friends.

788go will never contact you to ask for your password. Any request for your password, whether by email, phone, or chat, should be treated as a phishing attempt. 788go bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

The Company reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of this section, misrepresentation of identity, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

788go supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and approved cryptocurrency channels. All payment transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your 788go balance. 788go does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 788go reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, consistent with its AML obligations under Philippine law.

Bonus Funds: Bonus credit and free spin winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable playthrough requirements are met. 788go reserves the right to amend or cancel promotional offers at any time with reasonable notice.

Funds deposited into your 788go account are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. 788go does not pay interest on account balances. If your account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, a dormant account administration fee may apply as detailed in Section 10.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games offered on the 788go platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by recognized independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with international gaming standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any 788go game or promotion.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game. Any winnings resulting from a known or unknown technical error may be voided at 788go's discretion.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, card games, or any multiplayer format.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse," including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using low-risk bet patterns solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the 788go platform for any illegal financial purpose in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or a transaction, 788go's decision, based on server-side records, shall be final and binding. Live dealer game recordings are retained for audit purposes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

788go offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence.

General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon completion of a qualifying action, as specified per promotion.
• Standard wagering requirements are 25 times (25x) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering contributions vary by game type.
• Bonuses have expiration periods. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire upon the stated deadline.
• 788go reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Players must be in compliance with these Terms & Conditions to qualify for any promotion.

Abuse of the bonus system will result in cancellation of all related bonuses and may lead to permanent account suspension. 788go uses industry-standard detection tools to identify irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse.

7 Responsible Gaming

788go is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We support responsible gaming practices and comply fully with PAGCOR's responsible gambling framework. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 788go account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to receive automated reminders or forced logouts when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 788go platform. Temporary exclusion periods range from 30 days to 6 months; permanent exclusion closes your account indefinitely.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788go platform—including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, user interface designs, game assets, software code, and promotional materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of 788go or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 788go intellectual property without prior written consent.

Third-party game content (e.g., JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming) remains the intellectual property of the respective developers. 788go licenses these games for player use on the platform only. Players may not capture, record, broadcast, or commercially exploit game content without written authorization from both 788go and the relevant game developer.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 788go shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or delays caused by factors beyond 788go's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 788go platform.
• Decisions made by game RNG systems or live dealer outcomes, provided these systems have been certified as fair by independent auditors.

In all cases, 788go's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Dormant Accounts and Account Closure

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money gameplay for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. 788go will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fees.

A monthly administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) will be deducted from dormant account balances after the twelve-month dormancy period. Once your balance reaches zero, the account will be deactivated but not permanently deleted. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in, completing identity re-verification if required, and making a new deposit.

You may close your 788go account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Pending wagers will be settled at the conclusion of the relevant game or event. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification.

11 Amendments to These Terms

788go reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 788go will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where required by PAGCOR regulations, formal notice may be sent to your registered email address.

Your continued use of 788go following the posting of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your only recourse is to cease using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, your 788go account, or the services provided shall first be submitted to 788go's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, contact 788go customer support and provide a detailed written description of your complaint. 788go will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a written resolution within ten (10) business days. If you are unsatisfied with the internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Division in accordance with the procedures set out on PAGCOR's official website.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
